Every piece is handcrafted individually and the unique piece(s) you receive may differ slightly in color and/or shape unless the listing states explicitly that you will receive the one pictured. Otherwise, the images are examples of what you will receive. I will make sure yours is equally wonderful. Also, please note that petal bowls have a variety of “centers” and you may receive one different from the one shown.
I usually ship orders twice weekly, using the lowest cost option possible, which is likely USPS First Class with a 3-5 day delivery once mailed. If you need your item expedited – please let me know and we can discuss available options and pricing. The shipping rate does include packaging materials (bubble wrap, boxing, etc). I try to calculate accurate shipping fees but if there are any postage overages I will refund them when the pieces ship, excluding packing material.
I want you to be pleased with the pottery I make and that you receive. If you don’t love it please send it back and I’ll refund the purchase price minus shipping costs. (Return shipping costs are buyer’s responsibility. Pottery must be returned and arrive to me in the same condition they were sent)
Damaged in Shipping?
Please open and inspect your piece(s) upon receipt, and report damages to me immediately. I will replace any work damaged in shipping at no additional cost to you. Please provide me with a digital photo of the packing material broken pottery for insurance purposes.
The pieces are microwave, dishwasher, freezer and oven safe (not stovetop). They can handle hot or cold foods, but please follow generally recommended stoneware guidelines as to not subject the pieces to extreme temperatures quickly. (Quick changes in extreme temperature could cause thermal shock causing your stoneware to crack.)
All pieces use lab-tested glazes that are lead-free and food safe.
